How Can I Help?

I coach founders and senior leaders of start ups, scale ups and growing businesses to maximise their effectiveness when it comes to building high performing teams.

Coaching sessions are usually offered on Zoom (Microsoft Teams or Google Meets) with some in-person slots available for those in London or the surrounding areas.

Coaching sessions are charged at 120 GBP for 45 minutes with discounts available for packages of 10 or more sessions and those working in the charity/not-for-profit sector.

I offer coaching on basic people skills and personal effectiveness in the workplace, whether it’s developing skills in communication, listening, assertiveness, speaking, delegation, prioritisation, time management and much more. You don’t have to be a people manager!

Think of me as your personal trainer - not for the gym, but for the office.

I am also happy to coach for career moments; from CV preparation to interview preparation as a candidate for a new job or to secure that promotion on the horizon.

Personal Effectiveness Coaching sessions are charged at 60 GBP for 45 minutes with discounts available

I spent 5 years developing my ultimate Team Lead Took Kit (TLTK) to equip leaders with the knowledge and skills they need to effectively build high performing teams throughout the entire employee lifecycle.

Every module is rooted in modern, proven psychological and behaviour sciences.

Each 3-hour module will be tailored to your specific environment and the development needs of those on the programme.

Modules can be delivered either on-site or remotely, individually or combined into full days of immersive learning.

Customisation and delivery of a module is 500 GBP which includes ‘wrap around’ care and resources for up to 12 participants.

The whole TLTK of 10 modules can be delivered to your business for 4,000 GBP.

I can help transform dysfunctional and toxic relationships in your team to stem the damage that they do and so you can concentrate on what really matters - growing your business.

One day mediations for two parties (or group), in person are charged are offered from 1,000 GBP. Your case may be appropriate for remote/online mediation which is charged at a lower rate.

I can also equip you and your team with the skills and knowledge to successfully manage disagreements and conflict. One day, in-person Conflict Management Workshops for up to 12 people are available at 1,000 GBP which includes personal participant follow up and resources.

I worked my way up from an HR Advisor to a global Head of HR and although I completed all the necessary accredited qualifications, they weren’t enough alone for me to excel. I have been fortunate enough along the way to be mentored and learn from some amazing senior practitioners and now I want to pass all that learning on - with my own journey - to help those early on in their career who may not be so fortunate to have someone in their company who can be that person. Mentoring sessions are charged at 120 GBP for 45 minutes with discounts available for packages of 10 or more sessions and those working in the charity/not-for-profit sectors. Further discounts are available for those who are self-funding.

For already seasoned HR professionals, I can help you diversify your knowledge and personal toolkit. I can act as a specialist, additional pair of hands to help deliver on transformative projects or act as a sounding board. Beyond standard coaching fees, HR projects, longer-term or larger scope consultancy pieces and interim roles are negotiated on a case-by-case basis.

We know from extensive employment tribunal history that when there are allegations of misconduct or a serious employee complaint that it must be investigated thoroughly, impartially and fairly.

Often in-house HR teams neither have the positioning, experience, expertise or time to deliver a truly independent investigation.

With over 15 years’ experiencing handling disciplinary cases so extreme that they’ve involved criminal activity, sexual harassment, racially aggravated attacks and physical assault along with cases that had public profile and reputational risks, I have the skills and experience to independently investigate complex allegations of misconduct. Similarly, I have investigated employee complaints on the grounds of reward, discrimination on multiple grounds and management bullying all with commercially and ethically sensitive conclusions.
